Refund policy
At Vital Vendors, we recognize the significance of discovering the ideal product to enhance your well-being and home. That's why, if the product you've chosen doesn't meet your expectations, we're dedicated to assisting you until you're completely satisfied.
Our policy allows for most items to be returned within 30 days of delivery. Regrettably, we're unable to offer exchanges or refunds for items returned after this period.
Any product being returned must be in its original condition and packaging, unused and in new condition. Please note that a restocking fee of 15% may apply to returned products.
To initiate a return, please email info@vitalvendors.com with your original order number, details of the product to be returned, reason for return, and your name. Upon receipt, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number via email along with instructions for returning your order. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
In instances where damage occurs during transit or the product deviates from the order specifications, please provide 3 - 5 images clearly showing the issue or damage. We will promptly respond with a unique RA number for the return process.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
To safeguard against damage during return shipping, please package the product securely as it was received, including all external packaging, shrink wrap, tape, and foam. Failure to do so may result in a restocking fee of up to 25%.
Customers are responsible for all original and return shipping costs, even if the initial shipping was free. Following inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection. Approved refunds, less the original shipping fee and restocking fee (minimum 15%), will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
EXCHANGE (IF APPLICABLE):
Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items. If you require an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@vitalvendors.com. Please note that shipping times for exchanged products may vary based on your location.
SHIPPING:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the return shipping costs will be deducted. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
CANCELLATION OF PRODUCTS:
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of confirmation. Cancellations made beyond this timeframe are subject to a 3% credit card transaction fee. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled; however, we're happy to assist with a return upon receipt.
